Recuerda que la plaza no está confirmada hasta que realices el pago. Para confirmar la reserva para tocar el piano (22 primeros), se debe formalizar el pago de la reserva en las 24h siguientes a la inscripción. En caso de haber *Lista de espera*: Transcurridas las 24h si no se ha producido la confirmación de la asistencia (compra de la entrada), se te moverá a la lista de espera.

- 19.00.- Bienvenida al meetup del piano por el organizador.
- 19.05.- Interpretaciones al piano por los asistentes (slots de 4-6 minutos)
- 21.00.- Piano Social: Nos iremos a tapear y charlar sobre el evento, la música y el sentido de la vida (42) Si llegas tarde, por favor, espera a entrar al cambio de intérprete. NO ASISTENCIA Y RESERVA ANTICIPADA
La reserva anticipada se puede hacer hasta 72h antes del evento. En caso de no asistencia y avisando con 72h de antelación, se devolverá la reserva anticipada. Dado que el número de plazas es limitado, os rogamos que nos notifiquéis lo antes posible si no vais a poder asistir, entendemos que siempre puede haber causas de última hora o problemas de salud y las personas en cola de espera podrán disfrutar del evento. Tras la segunda no-asistencia *SIN AVISAR* se expulsará al miembro del grupo. Se priorizará a los intérpretes que hayan hecho la reserva anticipada en tiempo disponible y orden para tocar. El número mínimo de asistentes para qué el evento tenga lugar será de 12 personas.
AFORO Y LISTA DE ESPERA
Se trata de auditorio de tamaño grande (entorno a 80 personas). Se limita el número de pianistas inicialmente a 22 personas para garantizar su tiempo al piano por orden de inscripción y pago de reserva

NON-ATTENDANCE AND EARLY RESERVATION
Early booking can be made up to 72 hours before the event. In case of non-attendance with 72 hours' notice, the early booking will be refunded. Since the number of spots is limited, please notify us as soon as possible if you can't attend. We understand that last-minute reasons or health issues may arise, and people on the waiting list can enjoy the event. After the second no-show, the member will be expelled from the group. Priority will be given to performers who have made early bookings in the available time and order to play.
