Meet Pianists in Madrid

Learning music is usually a very individual activity.

Many people spend years studying and practicing without meeting other musicians with similar interests.

A community created around the piano

PianoMeetups Madrid was born precisely to solve this problem.

We wanted to create a space where pianists, students and music lovers could meet on a regular basis.

Today the community has more than 1,500 members registered on Meetup.

Much more than playing the piano

Although piano is the starting point, our events are also an opportunity to:

  • Meet interesting people
  • Share experiences
  • Discover new repertoire
  • Learn from other performers

Many friendships have arisen around a PianoMeetup.

An open community

You don’t need:

  • Be professional
  • Have higher education
  • Know someone previously

Many attendees come completely alone for the first time.

Benefits of being part of a musical community

Various studies on musical learning highlight the importance of sharing music with others.

Listen to different interpretations:

  • Inspire
  • Motivates
  • Broaden musical horizons

In addition, it allows us to discover works and composers that perhaps we would never have found on our own.
